Prior to contacting Shelly, I used a housekeeping service every 2 weeks. I met with Shelly and discussed what I was looking for and preferred cleaning supplies. The first time Shelly cleaned I was overjoyed with the job she did. She is very thorough and cleaned much better then me (in my younger days) and I'm picky. Shelly has been back every 2 weeks, and the job she does is perfect, she is punctual, friendly and a true blessing to me and husband. I have cats and Shelly leaves no stone unturned even cleans the water dowls. I have hardwood floors throughout most of large 2 story home the floors and tile have never looked better. Shelly responded immediately and set up a "meet & greet" to discuss my specific needs. I have used her service for several months now. Bathrooms and kitchen always get a deep clean, she doesn't just dust the furniture she cleans it with furniture polish all mirrors are cleaned and she leaves my tile and hardwood floors looking brand new.
